Get in touch →When referring clients to Biz2Buy, provide them with your unique partner code. When your client uses this code during checkout, two important things happen:
→ Your client benefits from Biz2Buy's streamlined registration or shelf company acquisition service, with your firm's involvement visible throughout the process.
→ The transaction is attributed to your firm, earning you a 10% referral fee on the package price. We reconcile and process all referral payments monthly.
Have a shelf company of your own you'd like to sell? Submit it through the same partner dashboard - our team reviews it (along with a few standard compliance documents) before it goes live on the Biz2Buy marketplace.
→ You set your own asking price, excl. VAT - we'll show you our typical registration price for that entity type as a reference point, but the final number is entirely up to you.
→ Once sold, you receive 70% of that price (also excl. VAT) and Biz2Buy keeps 30% - entirely separate from the 10% referral fee above, so both can apply if a different firm referred the buyer.
→ If a customer makes an offer instead of paying the listed price, we share it with you directly - you decide whether to accept or reject it, right from your dashboard.
After any customer buys a shelf company or business through Biz2Buy - whether they came through your referral code or not - we can apply to SARS on their behalf to become the new Registered Representative, giving them eFiling access to submit tax returns and pull a fresh tax clearance for the company they've bought. Feel free to mention this to your clients as a convenient extra.
→ Two fixed, VAT-inclusive fees: R575 (up to ~21 days, not guaranteed - SARS uses its own discretion) or R1,950 (3-day turnaround).
→ This is a separate service billed directly by Biz2Buy to the customer - it doesn't affect your referral commission or listing payouts either way.
